Tuition Assistance

and Jesus said… “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also...” - Matthew 6:19-21

Investing in the next generation.

Centralia Christian School Foundation offers a tuition assistance program for CCS families in need. The tuition assistance program is funded by donations and allows families to apply for a tuition award on the basis of each family’s individual financial situation, making a Centralia Christian School education attainable.

Who Can Apply.

Any family of a CCS student may apply for tuition assistance. We utilize a third-party service, FACTS Grant & Aid, to help us determine the amount of tuition assistance that may be appropriate for your family. FACTS will ask you to submit personal expense information, your federal income tax return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for nontaxable income. Many factors, including income, assets, unusual expenses, additional resources, and the size of the family are taken into consideration when determining the amount of tuition assistance a family may be eligible for. It is not possible for a family or the school to estimate the tuition level for which a family qualifies without the completion of the application, which is submitted directly to FACTS Grant & Aid. FACTS evaluates the application on the basis of criteria and makes a recommendation. Families will then be notified by mail of the tuition assistance for which they qualify. Unfortunately, CCSF is not able to provide tuition assistance to every deserving student. We work within the available resources to make the school accessible to as many students and families as possible.

When & how to apply.

Tuition assistance is applied for annually. Current families of enrolled CCS students apply in the spring and application deadline is in June. Families must have a current account with CCS and have submitted their application fee for the following year before they are eligible to apply. Families of new CCS students can apply at time of application to the school and submission of their application fee.

How to request an application.

Application information can be requested from the CCS Director of Finance & Admissions or requested directly from CCSF by emailing [email protected].
